Promote your business or organisation with a stall at Blackpool Pride 2025

Applications for stalls for 2025 are NOW OPEN!

From food and drink to health and wellbeing, we’re looking for a range of stallholders to join us and help celebrate and support pride in the local LGBTQ+ community.

Stall space is limited and we are often oversubscribed, so please register your interest now. Applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis.

Please read through the terms and conditions below and make sure you can meet the relevant requirements for your stall.

Important Information for Applicants:

As this is an outdoor event, please be aware that your stall should be self-sufficient. We do not have the facilities to provide any tables, chairs, electricity, etc.

This year, we WILL be providing a marquee / shelter for all stallholders and therefore you do not need to bring your own gazebos.

On the event day, it is your responsibility to present proof of £5 million public liability insurance and a written risk assessment. Local authorities may request these documents along with any necessary trading licenses. We will require evidence of these before the event.

Please note that direct fundraising and solicitation of donations other than those for The Blackpool Pride Festival Charity are strictly prohibited on the Blackpool Pride footprint during the event.

Food & Drink Sales:

In the storage, preparation, cooking and service of food and drink, stallholders must comply strictly with all legal requirements and/or the recognised best practice standards including, but not limited to:

  • Holding a valid Food Hygiene Certificate and also be registered and inspected (or pending) by their local Environmental Health Office.
  • All sales of alcohol must be made in accordance with Challenge 25 guidelines.
  • We will require the following documentation from each bar/food vendor: Insurance, Method Statement, Fire Risk Assessment, Food Safety Risk Assessment, Health and Safety Risk Assessment, Food Hygiene Rating Certificate, Allergen Information, COSHH Risk Assessment, Health and Safety Policy, PAT Test Certificate, Electrical Safety Certificate, Gas Safety Certificate, NCASS Documentation.
